Artist's Comments
So this is the Joker, obviously. I did a version with him and Harley Quinn as well, but I figured since Harley isn't in the movie I would submit this as well for all the rest of the Joker fans out there!
The comment I put for the couple picture was very vague towards the art itself, so I'm going to write here what I like about him in particular ;D First off, I did his hair a lot differently than usual. Though I think it turned out well here, I doubt I'll use it again. It wasn't all that complicated, but I figured it would only truly work if I was going to for the amount of accuracy I wanted here. The make-up was easily what took the longest. Trust me, when you see it on him you think it'd be easy since it's just a whole bunch of smudged eyeshadow and lipstick. I tried just doing my own thing and it turned out horrible, so I again had to make this very accurate. Every line on his face was made with as much precision as possible. I think it turned out pretty fabulous, though  Lastly, I love his vest. Not because of the amount of detail it has (obviously) like his make-up, but I still think it does him justice. I hadn't noticed the missing button during the movie or anything, but now that I know it's missing, I just like it all the more. All and all, I'm very pleased about this piece. It's the first piece of fanart I've ever produced and I truly understand the accuracy some people need to get. Though it was the first piece of fanart I've done, really, I really enjoyed it. It isn't often that I spend this amount of time on a piece, with this much detail, so this was a great experience.
